When enabling User cleanup will it delete helpdesk tickets associated with the user? We need to keep the tickets for historical purposes.

the automatic cleanup options will remove the AD users and their information but will keep the helpdesk contact information for that AD user.
As a result, in the helpdesk system, the user will no longer be clickable to view additional information, but their name will remain as a static entry on the tickets they opened. This means that the tickets will not be deleted, and you will still have a reference to who initially logged the ticket, even if they are no longer present in AD.
It's important to note that Lansweeper treats AD users and helpdesk users separately within the database, which allows for the retention of helpdesk ticket information even after the associated AD user is removed.
