I am currently trying to figure out how ticket import works on lansweeper helpdesk. I am already able to import some tickets but I am not able to add any custom fields I created on the website to the to be imported tickets. I can upload them without recieving any error messages but there are not custom fields shown on the imported tickets on the website. I did add each field as a column at the end of the template's column list as you can see at the screenshot below.
Hmm, as long as the custom fields have been created in Lansweeper prior to import, it should work. If it doesn't I would recommend sending an email to our support team so they can check what the cause is.
