Using the GraphQL framework of the platform, and an endpoint that allows standard queries of all entities and fields of the Lansweeper data, but also the team have built a bulk export function where you can compact and export your entire Lansweeper data into a JSON format zip file, ready to be imported into any platform or integration of your choosing.

Hey Peter,
The API is only available in the IT Asset Data platform, so you’ll only be able to use data that you have synced to your site. The ADP does not have a specific version (since it is cloud-based, everyone is always on the same version). However, you do need the latest version of Lansweeper to be able to sync (once you have been approved)
In regards to licensing, there isn’t a specific license type that I can say yes or no to. At this moment we are evaluating whether access is allowed on a case by case basis, so it is best you contact your LS account executive or sales rep.
The documentation can be found here: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb-category/api/index.html
It is also linked in platform.

Hi,
One question regarding the API:

Hi Laszlo, Thank you very much for the question.
The On-Prem version does have an API for the helpdesk element, and for asset information you can connect directly to the SQL DB. There are no plans currently to add an Asset API to the on-prem version.
It may not be exactly what you are looking for but the ADP cloud version does sync all your assets from on-prem. So it will be possible to get API access to your on-prem assets via the ADP API.
