Recently I noticed that my computers and some servers stopped having successful scans. It is either showing 2 failures or 1 with one of the failures always being RPC Unavailable. We didn't make any changes to windows firewall that would just cause them to not be able to be scanned so I'm just curious if anyone else has run into the same issue and how they went about resolving it.

We have seen a similar issue with DCOM hardening when the Windows clients have received an update, but the Scanning servers did not. 
The fix would be to ensure all the Windows devices, scanning servers, and clients have the same updates installed.
