Hi
Are we able to automatically add a quick response or note to a ticket that is a specific ticket type?
For e.g. we want automatically add a note to a "New User" ticket type that has all the information that needs to be completed.

Unfortunately, the Lansweeper helpdesk does not have a feature to automatically add notes. However, we do have ticket templates that agents can use to quickly add pre-defined notes. These ticket templates can be found under Configuration\Ticket Content in the Ticket Templates section at the bottom.
