Hi
If I click for instance on "open C" (basic actions) in Firefox or Chrome nothing happens.
(Internet Explorer works!)
I installed the newest extension
Lansweeper ShellExec Firefox addon (it shows up and running via about:addons)
as described and enabled it and updated the lansweeper itself.
I tried different computers without success.
I temporally disabled Antivirus and all other addons.
Best
Thomas

Have a look at this thread - https://www.lansweeper.com/forum/yaf_postst16403_Actions-do-not-work-on-Chrome.aspx#post55168
see Charles first reply on that thread. make sure you have also installed the Lansweeper extension component as well as the browser plug in.

Thanks a lot. In Chrome I tried also the installation of both extensions without success (but anyway my main browser is firefox).

Hi Thomas,
Have you tried running the actions as a different user? The actions use the security context of the user running the browser, so you might have to run the browser as a different user which has sufficient permissions. This article also covers that: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/running-actions-as-a-different-user/
If that doesn't work, it's best you contact our support team. They can ask for additional details which might give an indication of the cause.
All I can really suggest is making sure you have an updated browser and the latest extension.

Yes, I tried a different user as well (as I mentioned, with IE it works!)
