I've tested adding a CC User to tickets, however they never seem to receive any e-mail updates no matter how verbose I tweak e-mail settings to test it.
I'm not sure whether you're referring to public replies manually posted to the ticket or automated replies. Regardless, please review this related forum thread. Make sure you are running the latest Lansweeper 6.0 release as well. Update instructions can be found here.
