We're just starting to use Help Desk, and have the need to track our MSP's time. I plan on entering their time on each ticket, but need the note to show that their agent was the one responsible for that entry. I don't see where it's possible to change who entered the time worked. Anyone know if this is possible, or will I need to resort to changing htblnotes.timeworkeduserid in the database to them?

OK, thanks. I wound up doing this then updating the appropriate fields in the database to reflect the correct user. From an administrative standpoint, it would be nice to have this as a feature. I can see cases where a supervisor needs to correct someone else's time entry.

You can add the time worked to notes in the helpdesk, even to notes that are not yours with the correct permission. However, you can't enter the time worked as someone else without logging in with their account.
