As we work in a hospital and not all applications are deployed through SCCM/AD so the deployment guys sometimes have to manually install applications, what would be helpful is if they can generate a report on all users on the estate and see which applications they have accessed by date if at all accessed?
This way they can check some users accounts before they migrate a wing/ward or office and see if there's any bespoke applications? most of the time the customers/staff are asking for applications a day or a week later when they realise they actually need to the software
