Hello everyone,

I have not been able to access Lansweeper Cloud since June 16th, I believe it is the authentication change process, could you confirm if this is true?

We've rolled out a first fix for the 500 error.
Confirmation if this works would be really appreciated. 

Again we apologize for the temporary outage, we are taking necessary steps to prevent this from happening again.

Good morning, team.

We are facing a rather unusual situation. For example, in the case of our colleague Getúlio, we are on the same network, but neither he nor other team members are able to access our website. What’s strange is that my user account can access it normally.

I’ve already removed his account from the site and sent a new invitation, but he is still unable to access it.

Could you please assist us in analyzing and resolving this issue?
