Hello,
This report is triggered by the ThermalState property that is scanned from the Win32_ComputerSystem WMI class, when a computer is scanned. This property shows the thermal state of the system when last booted. The report lists computers having the value 4, which stand for "Warning".
You can find a full description of the field in the Database Documentation under the Reports menu.
