When in Lansweeper Cloud and going to the Software tab and searching for a product, say.....Foxit, it returns the results of all the scanned assets, however in its "Software Installs" totals it includes non-active assets. This is a change from the local scan server (one that is not desired) where when you do the same search for a specific piece of Software and click its link to view the assets where it is installed, it only includes data from active assets. 

Is there any way to correct this so I don't get data from non-active assets mixed in with my active assets in Lansweeper Cloud?

I opened a ticket, and they confirmed that this is expected behavior when going to the Software tab in cloud. Why anyone would want that to be the default, where your software counts are getting muddied by the inclusion of potential retired devices is beyond me.
