Comodo Antivirus entry

Some windows devices show they have Comodo Antivirus installed, when they do not.

It only show in the Device Summary tab, not in Software nor in Services.

Why?

Turns out it was an old entry....

Deleting the asset and rescanning fixed it.

I guess I need to scan harder and delete more often.

device summary, I believe, shows what the windows security center sees as installed antivirus - lansweeper grabs it via WMI. I think it would mean that the security center of that PC is confused.

for antivirus, I tend to report on windows service and status, as sometimes the add/remove programs (installed software in lansweeper) or security center (on the summary of device) don't tell the truth.
