i believe that we have a strange one here. we have AD sync scanning turned on with the automatic cleanup enabled. however, we are noticing that after a few days the cleanup task isn't working. we need to manually restart the service to to get the cleanup task to start running.
have some peoples experienced this before? is there a log for this i can check?

sorry, i left a bit of info out:
this only occurrs every couple of weeks or so, but never at a consistent time. we've had to restart the service 3 times in the last month. in between these times it appears to work just fine.
