Hello, I wanted to know if it is possible to configure lansweeper so that an asset does not remain "non-active" when the agent does not communicate with the server but does respond with a ping. I have several servers that are on, they respond to ping but the agent has some problem and that makes it "non-active". Is it possible to avoid that and make it "non-active" when it does not respond to ping and also the agent does not work?

Hello MrNico,
At the moment, the only action to change the state from non-active to active is a successful scan.
As long as the scan is not failing or not complete the status will not change. We think the best is to try and solve the scanning errors.
If you need help on that, do not hesitate to contact Lansweeper Support.
