Hello!
Sorry if this has been covered before I ran a search but didn't find what I was looking for. Our organization is rolling out a self-service password system for Active Directory and we're wanting to add a link to the web page to the helpdesk landing instead of pushing out a desktop shortcut or something. Is it possible to add a link like this? I was thinking in either of the areas in the screenshots below but really anywhere would probably work.

You could either put it in the knowledge base, which you let users access. Or you can put it in the news page that users see when they enter the helpdesk.
