I'll add my voice to this item. I use the Custom OID scanning quite a bit to retrieve missing inventory information from network devices; mostly serial numbers. But the functionality in Lansweeper is limited by its inability to handle SNMP tables in an intelligent way. I will raise this via our CSM, but thought I'd throw it in here as well.
In addition, I would love to be able to customize the 'recognized' OIDs for a particular asset type/make/model of device. For instance, I have an asset for which Lansweeper does not retrieve a serial number, but I know the manufacturer's OID that provides that information. While I can populate that information via Custom OID scanning, I would love to tell Lansweeper to correlate the value I've retrieved to the serial number provisioned in Lansweeper. Perhaps something to add to the Device Snmp OID lookup table (e.g. for devices with a specific system OID, use this custom OID entry for serial number / model number)?

I am curious about any progress on this. I use Ruckus SmartZone to control my wireless access points. SNMP is not enabled on the individual devices in this scenario, but data about all the devices is returned from SmartZone in a table. Lansweeper currently doesn't allow me access to this information as it does not support the tables.
