I need a way to give the user some instructions when submitting a ticket. This is necessary to help them understand why choosing the correct ticket type is important.
I'd also like to see this as an option. We currently have a form that has to be filled in when requesting WiFi access, the form states the users obligations while using the WiFi access.
I'd like to create a custom ticket template where the user reads and agrees to the terms (with a custom yes/no field) and once agreed, the ticket is submitted.
