Hi there, I'm kind of new to working with Lansweeper.

I was looking at configuring a dashboard to help the team see what new employees are coming in. Also what employees are offboarding.

For this I want to make a selection of open/in-progress tickets with that tickettype. So they can click on it and directly go to the ticket.

Is there a widget available that can do this or is there some other way?

I appreciate your help.

Go do your dashboard and click add widget. Drag the Help Desk Report Widget onto the page. In the options you can choose the status of the tickets you want to choose. You can't choose type, but it would show those tickets that are for new employees.
