Hi,
I'm receiving an error message like this one : https://www.lansweeper.com/forum/yaf_postst15618_System-Notes--No-recipient-s--were-found.aspx

I can't figure out a way to remove my files attachments in the ticket.

If you have tried the thing David mentioned in the post you linked, I would recommend contacting support (support@lansweeper.com).

For technical issues, it's always the fastest way of getting them resolved.
