What would cause the Deleted Users in Active Directory not to be deleted from the LanSweeper database when the option to do so is clearly checked in the Server Options\Configurations\User cleanup options? I've waited 48 hours and the clean-up has not deleted them yet.

I have restarted the LanSweeper Server and also Stopped\Restarted the LanSweeper Service to initiate the clean up and it still does not remove the Users that have been deleted from Active Directory out of the LanSweeper database.

I came here to find that out as well - I found an account deleted over a year ago by happenstance. It doesn't show in the general database, just in the Helpdesk recipients list. Unexpected behavior.
