Has anyone come across the issue of the 'go to ticket' link in the email notifications forcing you to sign in and then sending you to the default home page instead of the ticket itself? This started happening fairly recently

This is going to sound odd, but when I came in to work today, the direct links seem to be working. It's been several weeks but something must have kicked in. 

I like it when a process magically works immediately after we bring up the issue.  😁

It occurred to me that I can provide more background. The email links to the tickets bring me to the main Lansweeper login page rather than directly to the ticket which it used to do.

However, I also have a personal webpage on our company server. I had links that brought me to direct pages for Reports, a current list of computers, Helpdesk, Switches, Deployment, and the knowledgebase.

After we moved our Lansweeper installation to a newer server, the links all go to the login home page. I suspect it is an easy fix, which I am hunting for every now and then. Or the last update to Lansweeper implements homepage login as a security step.

This started happening to us too after we moved the on-premise installation from one server to another.
