Engaged Sweeper
Hello, we are having an issue with our Lansweeper instance. We are trying to configure it so that when computers are disabled in AD that they get moved to Non-active but Lansweeper is just deleting them completely (no search result, not in reports, nothing). We are doing the following:

1. Disable computer object
2. Move disabled computer object to the Disabled Workstations OU
3. After several hours the computer is completely gone from Lansweeper and has not moved into Non-active as it should be doing

I will attach a screenshot of our asset cleanup settings for reference.

Thank you

Hello,

Are you also scanning disabled computers from AD? This option needs to be enabled just above the Cleanup options.
More information on how to scan disabled computers can be found here:

Hi Frank, yes we have that option enabled. After further experimentation I had to turn off the "Permanently delete assets not seen in the last 365 days" setting to get them to stop disappearing. That setting may not be properly respecting the "Last seen" date when the disabled computers get scanned in and marked as non-active. Not sure if that qualifies as a bug or maybe it is intended but after turning that setting off the disabled computers properly stay within Lansweeper.

This is how our settings are set up now
