My question
I want to update the silent drivers with lansweeper.
Almost all drivers go well except for the next one
sp91562
sp88774
sp90240
sp94594
I run the script as described below.
Afterwards I scan him again if everything is correct.
Relevant software and hardware that I use
clean installation of a 640G1 with W10
What I have already found or tried
This is in the install script:
"c: \ SWSetup \ sp88771 \ setup.exe" / s
"c: \ SWSetup \ sp85673 \ setup.exe" -Install
"c: \ SWSetup \ sp75330 \ setup.exe" / s / qn / L C: \ system.sav \ logs \ BTlog.txt

What about device manager, does that still show the old driver version or the new one?
Not sure if the driver itself doesnt work or maybe the HP tool scans doesnt work well. If even the HP tool doesnt detect the driver, i could see how LS gives an error.

in a normal prompt it looks like it is working. But if you scan it again with a HP tool he find the drivers again.

Have you tried these in the command prompt to see if that works?
Looks like you have tried a lot of the common install parameters, not sure if I can help more. Doesn't the manufacturer have more details on it?
