Hello Everyone

Is there a way to notify users per E-Mail when a Software license expires and how can I set it up?

Thank you for your help.

Kind regards,

Gabriel

There's three built in reports License: Expiration < 30/60/90 days that generate reports that might be useful to start with.

From there, go to Configuration, E-mail alerts, E-mail/Export reports and Add your report. Setup the Alert Type: E-mail, (E-mail group, Export type and Time schedules based on your needs) and test with Send now. From there is should be automated.
