i have a short question regarding email settings. If I respond to a message from a user I automatically got an email. But all outgoing email templates are disabled.
Does anyone know where I could configure this settings?
Under the cog wheel at the top right of the web console you can disable certain emails being sent to your own agent email account, all settings under this cog wheel are account specific. The "Don't email on my updates" option may be the one you're looking for.
