We noticed that when I set another agent in our IT department as a subscriber to a ticket that I am the primary agent that they do not get the initial ticket emailed when I create the ticket. However, if I add a new message to the ticket, they get those emailed to them. Do I have something set wrong? Thanks in advance, I absolutely love Lansweeper!

Hi Melodymaker145,
When running a quick test in my test environment, I was able to receive an email when being subscribed to a ticket when the ticket is created.
In the Configuration\E-mail Settings tab, make sure that you have the Agent Assigned/Subscribed (Sent to Agent) outgoing email template enabled and assigned to your ticket state and ticket type and you should be good to go.
