Direct Links to Different Ticket Types

Found this discussion back in 2018. I'd love to see this become a feature.

I want users to be able to click on a link and start a new ticket with the ticket type filled in already.

This feature is added to our customer wish list. But currently, we aren't able to guarantee that this feature will be implemented or provide you with an estimated release date.
