Endless Test Alert messages

After configuring the new e-Mail Server we now get endless Test Alert Messages (>1000/day).

The Messages are from within LS, as there are no Alert Emails visible.  We couldn't find a way to disabled this test messages.  LS v. 12.6.2.3
