Hi, 
I'm trying to configure a new SSO connection with my Azure Entra ID (SAML), but I always receive the error "There was an error creating connection". I don't know why I have this error because I followed the knowledge correctly

I did the connection 4 or 5 times and I still have the error each time. Somebody know what is this error?

Hi, 
I retried to create the SSO connection today and it works. The only different thing is that my Lansweeper Installation site upgraded to 12.6.0.11 this morning so maybe it fixed a bug. The second thing, is during the creation of SSO connection, I deleted and recreated the new claim "email_verified" in Azure Enterprise App. 

After that, my SSO/SAML connection was linked.

Hi,

I didn't find the solution so I will create a ticket for the Lansweeper Support.

I have the same problem. "There was an error creating the connection"

I'm curious about this too.  Double-checked SAML in our tenant and the configuration in Lansweeper.  All seems to be correct but receiving the same error.
