Hi, I'm trying to configure a new SSO connection with my Azure Entra ID (SAML), but I always receive the error "There was an error creating connection". I don't know why I have this error because I followed the knowledge correctly https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/sites/set-up-lansweeper-sso/ta-p/64566.
I did the connection 4 or 5 times and I still have the error each time. Somebody know what is this error? Thanks
Hi, I retried to create the SSO connection today and it works. The only different thing is that my Lansweeper Installation site upgraded to 12.6.0.11 this morning so maybe it fixed a bug. The second thing, is during the creation of SSO connection, I deleted and recreated the new claim "email_verified" in Azure Enterprise App.

I'm curious about this too. Double-checked SAML in our tenant and the configuration in Lansweeper. All seems to be correct but receiving the same error.
