is there a better way to export out the IP range (which includes schedules and options) and import it to a new server. we are trying to migrate the IP Range settings form 6.0.151.34 to a new server 7.2.105.2

The only way to do it with schedules at the moment would be transferring the data from one database to the other.

It will depend on how many you need to do whether figuring this out will be worth the effort. I'm pretty sure this is stored in a table that has IPRange in the name.
