Hey guys
I've just install lansweeper and configure it. That's really cool !
But i just Need to do something so ordinary... Export all ticket to CSV file.
Maybe, i'm missing something... Or maybe we just can't do that
So if someone know something about that 🙂

There currently is no built-in option for this. You could however make a custom report and export that to CSV. Most ticket data can be found in htblticket, notes can be found in htblnotes.

can you give us an example of this kind of report. i.e. using custom feilds = department
