Wondering if you are comfortable releasing some screenshot from the help desk? We are anxiously waiting for it, wondering if it's going to be able to replace our current one.
Will it tie into LS inventory? Like attach a ticket to an asset and add a tab to the asset that shows all the tickets?
Any dates you are shooting for for a release? Summer? Fall? Winter?

We are going to release the helpdesk Beta version as soon as possible, within the following months.
Yes, the helpdesk will be fully integrated into the existing asset management system, so affected assets can be linked to each ticket and user information will be read from the same database which Lansweeper uses now. Many customization options will be available to make reporting and ticket workflow easier to handle. Not sure if any screenshots will be available before the first Beta release.

If you haven't already, contact support@lansweeper.com to be added to our list of beta testers. You will be notified via email as soon as the beta becomes available.

The helpdesk is a complex system and our development was busy working out many small details. Still we don't have an official release date unfortunately, but we expect the beta to be available soon.

Any progress on this? I know it's only been 4 months but a status update would be wonderful. I'd love to have the opportunity to beta test if possible.
