In the past we had help desk configured if a Urgent Priority ticket was created it will send the E-mail all to the team members and send an E-mail to a distribution group that would send us a text via E-mail. This worked great but stopped a few weeks ago. I am not sure what caused the problem but in that time period we upgraded Lansweeper (not sure if it was 7.x to 8.4, or 8.2 to 8.4) and we have also migrated from on premise exchange to hosted Exchange (Microsoft). The group is listed in the user access and roles but I have no options with it.
So my question is how do you send an E-mail to a hosted exchange distribution group on ticket creation.
