My Boss would like to get a message for every transaction that the helpdesk sends. New ticket, assigned agent, changed status, etc. If it sends an email out, he want's CC'd on it. IS that possible?
This currently isn't possible and will require you to manually add him as a CC user. We've added this feature to the wishlist, but can't make any promises towards the implementation. In any case, this feature won't be added until version 6.1.
You could add him as an agent, assign to all groups then setup email alerting accordingly - this is what we have done. Found it useful for tickets that require interaction with him as well.
