Hi,
how can I hide one type of ticket when the user create a new ticket?
This type of ticket is designed to collect the ticket open by mail.

I think you are looking for the option "Show different type to users" in Configuration\Ticket Content. This will show the ticket type as the selected ticket type in the web console for help desk users.
