How does Lansweeper evaluate the existence of a vulnerablity?

Hi,

we have and EOL System which has MySQL 5.X running. Lansweeper found all the weaknesses. Great.

Now I turned off the MySQL Service.

Afterwards I  did a rescan of the asset, but still MySQL vulnerablities are shown.

So I assume Lansweeper just checks if product is installed, not running. Right?
