Some users not AD linked

Hello,Subject & Description says it all really, a couple of users don't seem to have synced with AD & Lansweeper, the can log tickets etc but when I search for them nothing comes up however I can find their ticket and go in to the user. example below...

Default Agent to specific Team

Is there a way to have any ticket assigned to a particular agent to also be automatically assigned to a specific team ? This agent belongs to all teams but we'd like all their tickets to automatically default to a particular team.Thanks

Can't edit certain ticket states

I am trying to edit the description of certain ticket states (Open, In Progress, and Awaiting Reply) but nothing is happening. Are these ticket states unable to be edited?
