How to change default scan behavior right after deploying new scan server?

Hi,

I discovered that if I deploy a new scan server it always includes it's on subnet and Active Directory Tree right after installation and starts to scan those targets. I don't like that behavior. I need to manually add targets to a scan server. Is it possibly to surpress the standard behavior?
