How to Copy All Techs

Hello. There are only two techs using the Lansweeper Help Desk and I would like it set up so that any time a user or tech comments on a ticket, it should be copied to both of us. For instance, if my coworker closes a ticket, I want to get copied on the comments he and the user put on that ticket to get it closed. What's the best way to set this up?
