Outgoing Email template

Hello - I know there yet isn't a way to really edit the outgoing email templates yet. Is there a way to change or remove the following message that's at the top of each message?

"### Everything above this line is added to your ticket ###"

For one it should say everything below" this line because there's nothing above it. But I'd rather just remove it.

This line is used while parsing the email to strip any unnecessary data when replying to a ticket. There is currently no option to change this since altering this will cause unexpected behavior in an already operational helpdesk.

The text itself is correct as only text which is written above the line will be taken into account. The text below this line will be seen as data from previous emails and thus ignored.
