How to manually add a license in the Software License Tracking page

I am trying to add a license (specifically CAL's) for reporting/tracking purposes. However, I can't seem to manually add one to the list. It seems to force me to select from a scanned list of software it found . Is there a way to manually enter a license?

Yes, you can just select any license from the list and alter all the details.
