Hi

Its been noticed that our LS classic install, despite having auto update enabled for some time and updating successfully, has stopped detecting that updates to LS classic are available:

At time of posting, there have been 2 updates released for classic and aside from manually updating them is this a bug?   I've checked the error logs from C:\Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\AutoUpdate which are just filled with the following multiple times:
Not checking for new version, last check was too recent
Auto-update either not enabled, not triggered or not within the allotted maintenance time frame

With the occasional:
DateTimeService time refresh: service UTC+1, database UTC+1

Our auto update is set to 3am each Tuesday

Hey,

New versions aren't immediately made available for auto-update. Releases are given a week or more to verify their stability. Then, if all seems to go well, they are make available on the auto-update API. It just so happens that an issue was found in 12.5.3.0, so it wasn't put on the API. 12.5.4.0 has been made available a few days ago, and should in all likelihood be made available on the API within the next few weeks.

Hello there!

Lansweeper versions 12.5.0.7 and 12.5.2.3 contain several fixes for auto-update bugs. So if you have manually updated to Lansweeper version 12.5.2.3, the auto-update should work for future Lansweeper versions (12.5.4.0 is the latest version at the moment).

If 12.5.4.0 is the lastest version (and I've seen that version mentioned on the forum before) your update website might need updating.

Hi, we have the same issue with version 12.5.2.3.
