We have several Lansweeper agents in the helpdesk which are no longer employees. We have disabled the agent but don't want to delete them due to historic tickets they are on. Is there a way to make the agent not show up as a choice when assigning tickets, etc?
Go to Configuration -> User Access and roles. Uncheck the check mark in the active column. The tickets that were assigned to the tech will still have their name on them, but that tech will no longer be able to have tickets assigned to them.
