Hi Team,
We need to know how do we update asset comments in bulk.
As performed an activity on some of the server and want to update their comments section with the ticket no and details of action performed
Kindly assist us.

For your specific case, the easiest way to get the information of the ticket linked to your asset is to make sure that the ticket has been linked to the asset.
Go to the ticket, use Actions>Add Asset.
Select the All assets tab, search for the server, select it and click on ok.
On the server's asset page you will now see an extra tab which will contain the tickets linked to that asset.

A way to mass update assets is certainly on our customer wishlist. Should you want to add custom data to your assets, I recommend using asset custom fields as explained here: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/393/configuring-and-adding-data-to-asset-custom-fields.html
To update these fields in bulk you can use the top Mass Edit Assets button on the assets overview page as seen below:

We have implemented the steps provided.
currently it has resolved the issue in hand.
However we would like lansweeper to consider this as an request
'that an bulk update to comments section should be in the bucketlist'
