Hello,
I encountered a problem where one of the assets does not open and returns the error HttpException (0x80004005): Request timed out. However, the other assets open without problems.
Has anyone encountered something similar? Restarting the service and Express IIS does not help.

If there is an error thrown when opening a specific asset, there should be something logged in web_errorlog.txt.
Can you send this log to the Support team?
The KB article below generates a zip file with all the files Support needs to look into this. Please send them the zip generated by the tool. They will be able to provide you with a solution.
