Hi guys

I might be being a bit stupid here but i am trying to set up templates for our helpdesk and set hyper links to an area on our network

i set it as file://server/share/

Now if i put that straight into IE it comes up and i can download the document. but if i put the same link as a hyperlink in the template it says DNS Cant find the address.

While i am on this is there anyway to set it so it open in explorer not IE?
