Unfortunately there's no feature in Lansweeper to directly schedule tickets. There are some workarounds, however.
- You could make use of the calendar feature to setup notifications for when tickets need to be created manually
- This is kind of a dirty workaround, but you could set up an email alert under Configuration\Email Alerts targeted to your helpdesk email address, scheduled for whichever time you want a ticket to be created, you could use a report that is relevant to the ticket.
