Incoming mail error: Connection error.

We have exchange to connect and outgoing mail is set up with smtp and its ok. but we cant get incoming mail to work. What to test?
Lansweeper version: v. 6022

error what its give is Incoming mail error: Connection error.

Some change needed for exchange?

I got info from helpdesk that i need to update lansweeper. This version has the problem with Exchange. Thaks for help this leaded me to same point. Will test that

In Lansweeper Helpdesk or Exchange? In Lansweeper cant find this setting.

Lansweeper should show these options. I see them in Lansweeper v. 6045 and I'm pretty sure they have been there in earlier versions too -> in my installation TLS/SSL has been in use since Help desk was introduced.

I'm not sure, but there should be settings for mailserver port and security (SSL/TKS)?
