Can't edit certain ticket states
I am trying to edit the description of certain ticket states (Open, In Progress, and Awaiting Reply) but nothing is happening. Are these ticket states unable to be edited?

Is there a way to filter tickets assigned to other agents (not just my own)?
Is there a way for me to alert a tech when a ticket has been sitting idle for some time regardless of the state (unless closed or resolved).
Is there an installer to bring Firefox up to the current version? I have 5 different versions of Firefox and if one installer can update them all... that would be great.... (Lumberg voice)
We uploaded to the new version of Lansweeper 7.1.118.10 we are not sure it is running new reports can you advise us to see if the app is loaded and running.
